But most Web3 games have failed spectacularly — not because the technology is wrong, but because the execution is terrible. They lead with tokens and wallets instead of fun gameplay. They create Ponzi-like economies that collapse when new players stop joining. The games that succeed in Web3 are games first, blockchain second.
