Do you require upfront payment?+
For fixed-price projects, we typically work with milestone-based payments: 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 30% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What if my project scope changes?+
Scope changes happen. We handle them with formal change requests that outline impact on timeline and budget. Small changes are often absorbed; larger changes require a revised quote.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes, we sign NDAs before the discovery call if you prefer. We're used to working with confidential roadmaps and unreleased products.
What happens after launch?+
30-day post-launch support is included with all projects. After that, you can continue on a retainer for ongoing development, or we'll hand off to your team with full documentation.
